• Directed Music Video 'Buddy Holly' by Weezer - a parody of "Happy Days" (1974).
• Jonze directed the music video for Daft Punk's first single "Da Funk", featuring the famous talking dog in New York City.
• In 2001, at the age of 32, he directed the video for Fatboy Slim's "Weapon of Choice." This video contains 32 cuts.
• Former son-in-law of Francis Ford Coppola and Eleanor Coppola, brother-in-law of Gian-Carlo Coppola and Roman Coppola.

• Spike at one point shot skate-videos. Most notable among these is Blind's 1991 magnum opus "Video Days"
